Return Policy & Warranty Disclaimer

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact.  If you are returning a product please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

All items are returnable within 30 days of the shipping date.  The product must be in resalable condition. If the product is defective, the restocking charge will be waived. If defective, you may choose between a refund, credit or exchange.  This return policy includes all light bulbs and fixtures. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. This offer excludes ballasts, Christmas lights, special order and clearance items.

Returns Are Easy:

  • Send us an email explaining the reason for the return. Once that is received you will be given a Return Authorization number which you will write on the box which you are returning.
  • Product needs to be repacked in perfect condition in a box or bag depending on the product.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
  • Send via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS and  FedEx.

We appreciate your understanding that Pandi Corporation merchandise may only be returned by mail or ground service (USPS, UPS and Fed Ex). Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds:

We will not accept returns without a return authorization number written on box/bag and without a copy of the invoice. Customer will have 30 days to return products from the date the product was received to receive a full refund, minus shipping charges. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied as well. Products being returned should be in new condition. Products should show no evidence that they have been mounted, must be clean, no dents, and free of any imperfections. They also need to be returned with all manuals, screws, documentation, plastic bags and any other packing it was originally received in. Products must be properly packed so it is not damaged in transit back to Pandi Corporation (pandicorp.com). will not be responsible for incidental damages or damages in transit and we reserve the right to extend or deny our services.

Exact replacements can only be given for a defective item you received, a part of the warranty still under the full coverage, a damaged portion in the consignment or part sent by mistake. We will not send replacement parts before receiving the returned part. Do not accept C. O. D. deliveries for returns sent. Items incorrectly sent to us will not be returned to the customer. Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine the amount of the reimbursement of the costs of the goods and shipping. This amount may be less than the original payment based on condition for return.
Refund credits can only be returned back to the credit card of the original purchase; it's the law. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company credit towards future purchases will be sent. It is the policy of American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discovery and PayPal to only give refunds on your account within a certain period of time. We must have received all credit card purchases back with 90 days and all PayPal purchases returned within 30 days. After this period of time you will be given a store credit.
